Temp check on the new smokers...

Well I thought it would be a good idea today to see what to expect from the borrowed smokers I brought home yesterday. Good news is they got up to temperature without a problem even with it being only 65 degrees out today. The extended forecast looks good for next weekend so hopefully it will stay that way. The big practice cook is happening Saturday so we can see where we are at then and if we need to tweak sauces any more.
